About Adorah Moon

There are seasons when you feel completely connected to who you are.

And there are seasons when you look up and realize you've spent so much time taking care of everything and everyone around you that you've lost touch with yourself somewhere along the way.

Adorah Moon was created for both.

We believe your life is meant to move in phases. You are allowed to change. To want something different. To rest. To begin again. To let go of what no longer fits. To step fully into who you are becoming.

You don't have to stay the same simply because the world became comfortable with that version of you.

And you don't need to become someone new.

Sometimes you simply need to remember who you already are.

Why the Moon

Look at the moon.

She never apologizes for changing.

She doesn't question her worth when she isn't full. She doesn't rush through darkness to get back to the light. She moves through every phase knowing that each one belongs.

We think there is something beautiful in that reminder.

Because life asks so much of you.

Move faster. Give more. Keep going. Be productive. Be available. Take care of everyone. Push through.

And somewhere in all that doing, it can become very easy to stop listening to yourself.

But nature doesn't work that way.

The moon doesn't work that way. And neither do you.

For centuries, the moon has symbolized intuition, feminine energy, transformation, and cyclical wisdom. But what we love most about her is something much simpler:

She reminds you that change doesn't mean something has gone wrong.

Sometimes change means something is going exactly as it should.

The new moon reminds you that you can begin.
The waxing moon reminds you to keep growing.
The full moon reminds you not to be afraid of your own light.
And the waning moon reminds you that releasing something can be just as powerful as reaching for something new.

Because those aren't simply phases of the moon.

They're phases of your life.

There will be seasons when you are expanding and seasons when you need to come inward. Seasons when everything feels clear and others when you have absolutely no idea what's next.

There will be things you once wanted that you eventually outgrow.

Versions of yourself you will love deeply, and still be ready to leave behind.

Adorah Moon was created to remind you that every one of those phases belongs.

Why We Created Adorah Moon

Adorah Moon began with two women coming to the same realization from very different places.

Dr. Marisol Teijeiro, ND spent years working with women through the lens of natural health and the body. Again and again, she met women whose bodies were trying to communicate with them, but who had become so accustomed to pushing through, overriding symptoms, and caring for everyone else that they had stopped hearing what their own bodies were asking for.

Jacqueline Finnan Hemmer spent decades in beauty, wellness, storytelling, and brand building. And after years of talking with women about beauty and confidence, she noticed something else.

Women could look in a mirror and say things about themselves they would never dream of saying to someone they loved.

Different rooms.
Different conversations.
But somehow, the same woman.

A woman who had become disconnected from her body, her instincts, or the quiet voice inside her that knew what she needed.

We knew we wanted to create something together that could help change that.

Not another place telling you how to fix yourself.

A place that reminds you to listen to yourself.

That is Adorah Moon.

A place where wisdom meets beauty, ritual meets real life, and you are invited to honor every phase of who you are becoming.

What We Believe

We believe you carry an inner knowing.

Maybe you've always trusted it.

Maybe you stopped hearing it somewhere between career, motherhood, relationships, responsibility, healing, and taking care of everyone around you.

Maybe you're just beginning to hear it again.

But it never left you.

We believe beauty, confidence, wellness, and self-trust aren't separate pursuits. They begin in the same place:

With listening to yourself again.

We believe adornment can be more than decoration.

The jewelry you put on in the morning can become a tiny ritual, a physical reminder of an intention you made when you were clear.

Trust yourself.
Let it go.
Begin again.
Take up space.
Remember who you are.

And we believe you are allowed to evolve.

You are allowed to release.
To renew.
To expand.
To change your mind.
To outgrow an old version of yourself.
And to shine fully when your season calls for it.

No apology required.

More Than Jewelry

Our jewelry was created to mean something when you wear it.

Each design is inspired by the moon and paired with stones chosen to represent different phases, intentions, and energies.

You might choose a piece because you're beginning something.

Because you're healing.

Because you're ready to release something you've carried for too long.

Or simply because you need a reminder, on an ordinary Tuesday morning, to trust yourself.

And Adorah Moon doesn't end with what you wear.

Your Moon Journal is where we explore the ideas behind the pieces, and the conversations we hope you'll carry into your own life.

You'll find moon wisdom and simple rituals, journaling prompts, conversations about feminine energy and intuition, practices for grounding and renewal, and thoughtful ways to reconnect with your own rhythm.

Nothing here is about telling you who you should become.

Quite the opposite.

We're here to help you hear yourself again.

Come As You Are

Maybe you're beginning something.

Maybe you're letting something go.

Maybe you're building a life you love.

Maybe you're standing in the middle of a transition and you don't have the slightest idea what comes next.

Or maybe nothing dramatic is happening at all.

Maybe you simply want to feel a little more connected to yourself.

Come exactly as you are.

There is no phase you need to reach before you belong here.

The moon has never needed to be full to be beautiful.

And neither do you.

Welcome to Adorah Moon.

Come home to yourself.

With love and moonlight,
Dr. Marisol Teijeiro, ND and Jacqueline Finnan Hemmer
