A Place to Come Back to Yourself
Through moon wisdom, ritual, and intentional living.
Welcome to Adorah Moon—a spiritually grounded lifestyle and wellness space created to help you reconnect with yourself in a deeper, more intentional way.
Maybe you’ve spent years taking care of everyone around you. Maybe you’re moving through a season of change. Or maybe you simply feel a quiet pull toward something deeper—a desire to trust yourself, listen to your intuition, and feel more connected to the woman you are now.
That’s why we’re here.
Adorah Moon grew from a shared belief between Dr. Marisol Teijeiro, ND and Jacqueline Finnan Hemmer: that wellness, beauty, confidence, and self-trust are deeply connected—and that you were never meant to live disconnected from your body, your rhythms, your intuition, or your own inner wisdom.
We live in a world that asks you to move faster, give more, ignore what you need, and push through every season of life as though nothing is changing within you.
But nature does not work that way.
The moon does not work that way.
And neither do you.
Like the moon, you move through phases.
You expand.
You release.
You renew.
You reflect.
You begin again.
Adorah Moon exists to honor all of it.
Why the Moon?
The moon never apologizes for changing.
She moves through every phase without questioning whether one is more worthy than another.
She doesn’t rush through darkness to get back to the light. She doesn’t become less meaningful when she isn’t full. She simply moves through her natural rhythm, knowing that every phase belongs.
For centuries, the moon has symbolized feminine energy, intuition, transformation, and cyclical wisdom. But for us, she also represents something beautifully simple:
You are allowed to change, too.
Change is not failure.
Rest is not weakness.
Stillness is not stagnation.
And becoming is not something you need to rush.
Each phase of the moon carries its own invitation.
The new moon invites you to begin.
The waxing moon invites you to grow.
The full moon invites you to illuminate.
The waning moon invites you to release.
These aren’t simply phases of the moon.
They’re phases of your life.
There will be seasons when you’re called to shine brightly and seasons when you’re called inward. Seasons of clarity and seasons when you don’t quite know what’s next. Seasons of expansion and seasons of surrender.
There will be things you once wanted that you eventually outgrow. Versions of yourself you can love deeply—and still be ready to leave behind.
Adorah Moon was created for all of it.

The Heart Behind Adorah Moon
Adorah Moon began with two women arriving at the same realization from very different places.
Through her work in natural health, Dr. Marisol Teijeiro, ND saw how often women had become disconnected from the rhythms and signals of their own bodies. She saw what can happen when we become so accustomed to pushing through that we stop listening to what our bodies may be asking of us.
Through decades in beauty, wellness, storytelling, and brand building, Jacqueline Finnan Hemmer saw something remarkably similar: women who had become so accustomed to caring for, achieving for, and showing up for everyone else that somewhere along the way, they had lost connection with themselves.
Different paths.
The same realization.
Women don’t need another voice telling them who they should be. We need more spaces that help them hear their own voice again.
Together, we’re building Adorah Moon as a place where wisdom meets beauty, ritual meets modern life, and you’re invited to honor every phase of who you are becoming.
We believe you carry an inner knowing.
Sometimes it gets quiet.
Sometimes it gets buried beneath responsibility, motherhood, career, relationships, transition, or the expectations of everyone around you.
But it is never gone.
Adorah Moon is here to help you listen again.
An Invitation Into the Circle
As we begin this journey, we invite you to join the Adorah Moon Circle.
This is where we’ll share moon wisdom, simple rituals, journaling prompts, soulful notes, and early reflections as Adorah Moon continues to unfold.
Whether you’re beginning, releasing, expanding, resting, or rediscovering yourself, you are welcome here.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You don’t need to be in a particular phase.
And you don’t need to become someone else in order to shine.
The moon has never needed to be full to be beautiful. And neither do you.
Welcome to Adorah Moon.
Come home to yourself.
With love and moonlight,
Dr. Marisol Teijeiro, ND & Jacqueline Finnan Hemmer
